THE SOLUTION: THE WRINKLE-FREE AWNING
An UltraSeam-Awning™, made from 120 cm wide sheets, is the solution for the wrinkle-free awning fabric. The fabric panels are joined together using a special hot melt adhesive tape, UltraSeam Tape.

What do you have to consider in order to manufacture and deliver such a fabric?
IMPORTANT!
An awning only wraps as well as the interaction of the system and the awning causes!
This means that not only the fabric, but also the equipment must meet certain requirements in order to achieve a modern quality standard. This is made possible by two essential factors.
THE REQUIREMENTS
1. factor: seam formation
You need an fabric, which was produced as UltraSeam™ .
The production is possible with the UltraSeam™ Tape (butt seam tape) in combination with a
Ultrasonic welding and gluing machine as simple as overlapping sewing or gluing.

2. factor: the system technology
The pleat image of an awning made of wide fabric (seamless cloth) is the most easily understood,
